In the app: Me → ⋯ → Settings → Help and support. Find quick answers, or send a request: it gets a number (like ORB-1042) and you can follow its status there.

By email: support@joinorby.com. Never send passwords or codes.

Safety

If someone makes you feel unsafe, block them from their profile or the chat: it’s instant and silent. Then report them from the same menu so we can act. In danger, call your local emergency number first.

Plus

Plus is managed by the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings.

Your data

To ask for a copy or a correction of your data, send a request in the app or write to us. To delete your account, see Delete your account.
