Delete your account

In the app: Me → ⋯ → Settings → Account → Delete account. It’s immediate and for good.

Without the app: write to support@joinorby.com from your account’s security email, and we’ll confirm it’s you before deleting it.

What’s deleted

Your profile, photos, Moments, albums, posts, likes, matches, links and help requests. Chat photos and videos on our servers are deleted too (they’re removed after 30 days anyway). Messages were always locked on the phones, never readable by us.

What stays, and why

Your nickname is held for 30 days so nobody can take it at once and pretend to be you. Records the law requires us to keep are kept only as long as it requires.
